Please email us to request a return and we'll send you the specific returns address. Please do not return items to the address on the inside of your parcel / invoice. You must be able to provide proof of postage for a return to be valid so make sure you keep this safe after sending and provide it when requested. It is your responsibility to read & follow this information, we are not responsible for orders that have been returned incorrectly or not following our returns policy.
Orders can be returned for a full refund or an exchange for any reason within 28 days from you received your order. After this time unfortunately only store credit in the form of a voucher will be issued. Items bought as part of a promo / sale cannot be returned.
Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
We do not cover return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
